Our weekly Email/SMS Office Hours call is hosted every ⏰ Wednesday at 2:00pm - 3:00pm CST over Zoom. To join, read below about the purpose for these calls and then fill out the request form at the bottom of this page.

What these calls are for:

✅ Talking through your email/SMS marketing strategy - we can talk through ways to level up your marketing through this channel (including operations, automation, segmentation, content strategy, etc.)

✅ Getting unblocked - if there is anything standing in the way of you showing up in inboxes consistently, let's address it!

✅ Getting clarity on how email/SMS fits - unsure how this channel fits into your larger marketing strategy, let us help you wrap your mind around the bigger picture!

What these calls are NOT for:

 ❌ Learning how to use Klaviyo - our Klaviyo Foundations training library covers all of the basics of how to send campaigns, use templates, and edit your flows. (Exception: if you have watched the training videos but are still stuck on something, we can definitely tackle it together on this call!)

 ❌ Getting other Momentum questions answered - If you have questions related to other aspects of Momentum (e.g. your 3-Day launch plan, Product Gameplan, Site Merchandising, etc.), those are best handled directly with your Client Success team.
